Start with the waterline

EBB means Elastic Bonded Balance. Loose balances change each cycle. Balances staked in the vault keep their number.

The rock is staked EBB. The water is loose EBB. Nobody is paid and nothing is minted.

Read the mechanism first, then the exact rule. The lab remains a separate place to test examples.
